At first I though this girl was an inspiration. Now I think she is proof. Proof that even if you do SOMETHING, even if it’s ridiculous, even if it’s not your 100% even if it’s not even your 60% you will lose weight and get a bit closer to your goals. P.S. 124lbs IS maintainable just sayin’.
