
I started my weight loss journey about 8 months ago and now I want to get serious about it while still eating deliciously.I will be following Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale's "Metabolic Diet", and Tom Venuto's "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" for diet. For exercise and a slightly tweaked "Warpspeed Fatloss" weightlifting routine with cardio 6 times a week.
